EITHER OF ~ sths (またはA or B)が一般的, ~ A and Bは例外的

~ of sths (A and B)は、どちらもの意味に取られる可能性もあるで、いずれか一方の意味には、any one of sths, either A or B などのパターンが良いように見える。
