"A SAID"

saidは、法律関係書類・契約書・特許明細書などで「前記」とか「上記」の意味で用いられる。saidをtheと続けて使う(the said)のは、冗長表現であるが、不定冠詞と並べて使うのも変に見える。これは、one of the ~ に近い意味とも思われる。
"a the"も見かけるときがある。
判例による解釈が待たれる。
